El diplomático Diego Arria ofreció su conferencia inaugural como miembro del Consejo Consultivo del Interamerican Institute for Democracy, en la que describió la situación institucional de Venezuela y cómo pueden los venezolanos encontrar una salida a la debacle post-chavista.
