Uno de los últimos actos de gobierno del presidente Barack Obama ha sido legitimar la repatriación a Cuba de los “pies secos”. Era una medida solicitada insistentemente por la dictadura de Raúl Castro. Obama volvió a complacerlo sin exigirle nada a cambio.
