América Latina, 17 años después del 11 de septiembre del 2001

Dos hechos históricos que han marcado el siglo XXI sucedían el 11 de septiembre de 2001: los atentados terroristas contra Estados Unidos por la red Al Qaeda (9/11) y la suscripción de la Carta Democrática Interamericana (CDI). Después de 17 años el desafío es revertir los negativos efectos del 9/11 y terminar las dictaduras.
