¿La Asamblea General de la OEA encubrirá a la dictadura de Bolivia?

La Organización de Estados Americanos está soslayando aplicar la Carta Democrática Interamericana a la «dictadura electoralista» de Bolivia. He conceptualizado la «dictadura electoralista» como «el régimen político que por la fuerza o violencia concentra todo el poder político en una persona o en un grupo, reprime los derechos humanos y las libertades fundamentales y utiliza las elecciones como medio de simulación y propaganda para mantenerse indefinidamente en el poder». La 49 Asamblea General de la OEA estará marcada por el «doble estándar Almagro» en la aplicación de principios y normas y será  reconocida como la que encubre la dictadura de Bolivia.

The world will soon see at full play a generation of leaders that is hacking savvy. This is to say a generation that understands systemic failures and weaknesses and aptly exploit them to their gain. This is precisely what hackers do in cyberspace. These leaders have in common their keen knowledge of the weakness of their national systems and those of the world order. They then chose to aggravate those weaknesses and to push their interests through in the midst of the confusion that their behavior generates. They are thus unleashing worldwide forces that are shaping the future of the world economic and political order in manners that nobody expected.
