The concept “divide et impera”, divide and conquer, used by Julius Cesar and Napoleon seems to be working for Cuba, Venezuela, Nicaragua, and Bolivia’s dictatorships facing the massive rejection of their peoples. Twenty-first Century Socialism or Castrochavism’s regimes hold power with impunity over the popular rejection, the worsening of the crises they have caused, the narco-states they have implemented and manage, and the regional conspiracies they promote.
Únicamente la comunidad internacional, que tan solidaria ha sido con el pueblo venezolano, podría liberarle de la criminal, corrupta y narcotraficante tiranía madurista y salvarle de la pobreza, el hambre, la enfermedad, el éxodo y la muerte, desafío que exige profundizar las sanciones económicas y no descartar ninguna otra medida, ni siquiera el empleo de la fuerza.
But 2020 promises to be a time release kind of evil. Its presence and impact promises to be with us for an extended period that no one seems to ascertain how long it will be. This has many heads of state in our region cliff hanging as their floor has moved and their grasp of power has slipped and here while there are no signs that the pendulum will swing back to the pre 2020 situation.

El concepto utilizado por Julio César y Napoleón “divide et impera”, divide y vencerás, parece sostener las dictaduras de Cuba, Venezuela, Nicaragua y Bolivia frente al repudio masivo de sus pueblos.
Twenty-first century socialism’s dictators, or Castrochavism, have the distinctive feature of announcing and promoting the crimes they are going to commit, publicize them internationally, commit them and end-up imposing them as a political agenda. That is the strategy, under Cuba’s command, that is being applied in Venezuela, Bolivia, and Nicaragua, to present the most horrendous and diverse crimes as political acts and indefinitely remain in power with total impunity. This is the case of the criminal undertaking that is being called “Venezuela’s parliamentary elections” that took place on 6 December (6D) that is proof of the peoples’ defenselessness.
Los dictadores del socialismo del siglo XXI o castrochavismo tienen la característica de anunciar y promover los crímenes que cometerán, publicitarlos internacionalmente y terminar imponiéndolos como agenda política. Es la estrategia, que bajo el mando de Cuba, se aplica en Venezuela, Bolivia y Nicaragua para presentar como hechos políticos los más diversos y horrendos crímenes y permanecer indefinidamente en el poder con impunidad. Este es el caso del hecho criminal que denominan “elecciones parlamentarias de Venezuela” -6 de diciembre 6D- que prueba el estado de indefensión de los pueblos.
Es una infamia negar que Venezuela es la antítesis de lo que fue en sus décadas democráticas. Para marzo de 2020 con un PIB en -39.65 %, el decrecimiento más grande del mundo. Las perspectivas de recuperación, como se escucha, sin un programa integral, son ciertamente remotas. La responsabilidad, atribuible al gobierno, para la mayoría de los opinantes.

Part of the Castrochavist strategy is to treat each case as an isolated case of voting under a dictatorship. In Bolivia they already committed fraud and reinstated the “Dictator-In Chief” Evo Morales with his executive Luis Arce and now this will be overshadowed by the importance and new criminal scandal of holding parliamentary elections on 6 December in Venezuela. Treat each case as an isolated case when, truthfully, this is about the same Transnational Organized Crime group, committing the same crimes, with the same objectives and with the same weapons, all while they increase persecutions, assassinations, political prisoners and exiles.
¿Dónde estaba el secreto del éxito? ¿En la constitución? No. Ésta había sido imitada sin éxito en Sudamérica. ¿En las riquezas naturales? Tampoco. Argentina y Venezuela han sido tocadas por todas las riquezas naturales y ha sido inútil. (Peor aún: algunos piensan que ha sido contraproducente. Segregaron sociedades rentistas que vivían del estado). ¿Acaso, en las 13 virtudes que apunta Benjamín Franklin en su biografía? Tal vez, pero eso requiere unas características poco frecuentes en el conjunto de la sociedad. Esa criatura laboriosa, ordenada, previsora, frugal, moderada, limpia y, encima, casta, no abunda.
