Elections in Bolivia, 17 years after the coup that began the dictatorial era

The elections conducted this 18th of October are elections held under a dictatorship and without any of democracy’s essential components, to wit; there is no “rule of law” because a counterfeited constitution and laws govern, there is usurpation of functions, and violence was used to supplant the Constitution and the Republic of Bolivia. There is no separation and independence in any of the branches of government because the legislative, judicial and a great part of the executive are in control of the dictatorial regime. There is no unhindered political organization because political persecution and exile continue to be meted-out by the dictatorship’s judges and prosecutors while, at the same time, they grant impunity to the fugitive dictator, there is no respect for human rights and individual basic rights because there is neither rule of law, nor independence of the branches of government.

CUBA, CASTROCHAVISM’S CHIEF DICTATORSHIP, REPEATS FOR SIX DECADES ITS ORGANIZED CRIME’S AGENDA

To control a State by force, to subject its people by violence, to retain power by using fear, torture, famine, and extortion, creating a center for the direction, protection, and expansion of Transnational Organized Crime to destabilize, attack, intervene, and occupy other States, calling such acts an anti-imperialism revolution, is the greatest criminal action and propaganda effort that best describes Cuba’s dictatorship. To disguise crime as political actions in order to give them reasons for justification and impunity, to pretend to be victims to cover up the permanent attacks against the freedom and sovereignty of other countries, to seek a permanent split by multiplying the axis of confrontation, to commit the most abhorring crimes with an antiimperialist alibi and to destroy politically or physically the adversaries, are but some of the features of Cuba’s dictatorship of 61 years.

Cities come to the rescue of capitalism

While the world economy continues to create new and technology induced jobs the skill set of most college and high school graduates does not fit employment opportunities. Finally, most matured economies have established their manufacturing arm in China as means to maintain prices stable so that goods are accessible to their population which is largely middle class. They are the source of employment and the drivers of innovation. This group is urban and recently clusters around what is now defined as Mega Urban Regions (MURS). In short, MURS are the emerging political entity that will dominate the political landscape in the post covid 19 world. These are good economic news but also good political news as city governments enjoy  greater participation of civil society.

Venezuela: Anschluss  executed !!!

“The takeover of political parties by the Venezuelan regime is the sign that a complex process of phagocytosis has ended and thus we have in front of us a new and different political entity that does not correspond to the definition of nation state or colony. ” “Venezuela has become a deviant state that has lost its defining properties to alien entities that have penetrated its body, sucked out its spirit and filled the cocoon with an organism that pursues other interests and sustains other values.” There will certainly be elections. Once elected, they will become the new leadership and will swear loyalty to those that anointed them . These , of course are the Cuban Gerontocracy and  organized  crime.. Venezuela will then become the first country in the hemisphere to experience an Anschluss in this century.

Education At The Time of COVID 19 in Colombia

Teleworking and Telelearning are here to stay, even under these precarious current conditions. The return to the “new normal” will imply a higher proportion of work from home for executives and workers and a shift in the educational system oriented perhaps more towards what they call “inversion of terms”; do homework at school, with the assistance of “teacher-coaches” and learn at home via Google, Wikipedia, Kahn Academy, Cursera, etc. This is already being used somehow in some countries. There is no need to have to reinvent wheels. In the pandemic this experiment was a failure because countries were not prepared. But the system is in place and it is time to refine it.

GOING BACK TO THE REPUBLIC OF BOLIVIA WILL END THE DICTATORIAL STATE

In Bolivia, the dictator was ousted but not the dictatorship and there is neither transition, nor democracy. To end the dictatorship and regain democracy, we must go back to the “rule of law” with the Republic of Bolivia. The Bolivian peoples’ mandate to the Interim President is THE TRANSITION TO DEMOCRACY and such transition starts by ceasing the dictatorship’s usurper legal constitutional framework and going back to the REPUBLIC OF BOLIVIA.  This is how the dictatorial state ends.  Until such a time and way, the “Rule of Law” is regained, the government is but the continuation of the dictatorial regime because it acts under the rules of the dictatorship and elections will be nothing more that another act of the “vote-catching dictatorship”.

The Land of the Free?

In short,  Transnational Organized Crime is slowly and silently taking over  the US. This seems to me to be a greater menace to democratic institutions than the police. It would thus follow that we concentrate in devising ways to curtail their profits as wisely counseled many moons ago by Professor Milton Friedman.  But I am afraid I sustain a very unpopular and minority vision of our problems.

CASTROCHAVISM OPENLY CONSPIRES AND MEDDLES AGAINST DEMOCRACIES

The 21st century is characterized by the existence of “two Americas”, the democratic one and the dictatorial other.  The Coronavirus pandemic has created situations of fear, stress, and distrust with collective quarantines and confinements that have generated social and economic crises that become political crises.  The worldwide calamity is being taken advantage of by Castrochavism -comprised by Cuba, Venezuela, Nicaragua and their allies- to conspire and meddle in Americas’ democratic States with the objective of destabilizing, weakening, and if possible, toppling their governments. We live in a time of the dictatorships’ new attacks against democracies, taking advantage of conditions stemming from the worldwide crisis.  It is the confrontation axis of the 21st Century -that of the “two Americas”- that will only change when the region regains freedom and democracy, stops the regimes of disgrace, usurpation, and of narco-states.  It is not a political attack, it is Organized Crime that holds political power, it is Castrochavism spreading violence directed from Cuba and operated from Venezuela.
