ARGENTINA WITH FERNANDEZ & KIRCHNER HAS GONE BACK TO CASTROCHAVISM AND CONSPIRES AGAINST DEMOCRACIES

The distraction created by the Coronavirus pandemic seems to prevent to see that Argentina is the new political and territorial base for conspiracy against democracies in the southern cone and a direct threat to topple, or in any way remove, Bolivia’s interim government.   Democratic governments from Chile, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay, those who the Castrochavist Kirchnerism considers to be from “the right”, are under threats and efforts to destabilize them.  The threatened leadership must, at least, reconcile the reality that Argentina with Fernandez and Kirchner has actively gone back to Castrochavism and is now a platform against the democracies of the Americas.

The Rebirth of Port Royal

As organized crime takes over,  the region could turn into a hub for delinquent activities impacting the US and Europe. In short , should the US and the larger Latin American countries with Caribbean Shores not come up with a cooperation plan to address the upcoming crisis in the Caribbean, the region will turn into a large Port Royal to be known as “the wickedest region of the world”

PRESIDENT GUAIDO HAS FULL CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY TO ASK FOR AND LEAD A MULTINATIONAL FORCE TO LIBERATE VENEZUELA

President Juan Guaido, recognized by nearly 60 countries, is suffering the consequences of not having established a government and not taking strategic initiatives against the dictatorship.  Guaido is now a prisoner of those groups that constitute a majority within the National Assembly whom the people -seeing the results coming out of it that allow the dictatorship to stay- increasingly and more powerfully point to as having the role of “functional opposition” members.  To publicly and openly constitute a force comprised by the States who have recognized him. To present a “credible threat” that can remove the usurpation and if recalcitrant end the usurpation with legitimate actions.  It would not be an intervention or an invasion, but only an enforcement of the law and to restore national sovereignty under the authority of Venezuela’s president.

And… they are winning!!

When the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime (UNTOC) was adopted in 2000 total profits of Transnational Organized crime where estimated to be  about US 10 Billion. By 2010 the income flow had jumped to 90 Billion. Today it is one trillion. In short, TOC is winning given the lack of political will among nation states to coalesce around this threat to fully apply national and international tools created to deal with the challenge.  The retrench of most nations from multilateralism into quasi feudal foreign policies will be the best insurance policy for TOC to prosper  this century.

The Geopolitics of Industrial Redeployment and Latin America’s Next Development Chapter

China’s exposure to the world in trade, technology, and capital has fallen in relative terms. Conversely, the world’s exposure to China has increased. This reflects the rebalancing of the Chinese economy toward domestic consumption”. Mexico and Brazil’s entry into the development circle is fundamental to the US as these countries would secure China’s engagement to a restructured  international system that adapts the  1945 architecture to the demands of the digital economy and those of risk mitigation imposed by geopolitics. But maybe they will rather prefer to continue to be the countries of the future.

COVID-19 PANDEMIC WEAKENS DEMOCRATIC GOVERNMENTS & STRENGTHENS DICTATORSHIPS IN LATIN AMERICA

In Latin America there are substantial differences between countries with democracy and those with dictatorships, with facts that demonstrate the pandemic to be weakening democratic governments and providing an opportunity for permanency to the dictatorships. In the context of uncertainty and fear in which the world is learning to cope with the pandemic, it is urgent to strike a balance between politics, health, and the economy, but the lower rates of acceptance and popularity of democratic presidents becomes an unavoidable constant that does not help.  With the growing social unrest and accelerated economic crises in Latin America, there have been scenarios created that are conducive for the Castro Chavist conspiracy seeking to destabilize and -if possible- topple governments.  These are their objectives already under way and confessed since last year in Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Chile, Bolivia, and elsewhere.

THERE IS NO DEMOCRACY AND A TRANSITION IS IMPOSSIBLE WITH DICTATORSHIP’S LAWS AND CONSTITUTION

Bolivian people’s civil resistance achieved the departure of Evo Morales who resigned on 10 November of last year.  He ascended into power for five years, without the right of reelection and remained there for thirteen (13) years, nine (9) months, and eighteen (18) consecutive days as part of the 21st Century Socialism or Castrochavism.  He eliminated the Republic and democracy, massacred, imprisoned, exiled, institutionalized corruption and built a narco-state.   With his resignation and flight the dictator fell, but not the dictatorship, because his constitution, laws, governmental institutions, members of the Assembly, magistrates, prosecutors, and a whole entire system -as a governmental and criminal structure- are still binding and remain very much in-place, something that makes it virtually impossible to have democracy and go through a transition. In Bolivia there is neither democracy, nor transition.   There is no longer a dictator, yet there is still a dictatorship and while the Plurinational State’s constitution is kept and the Republic is not restored, a transition will be impossible.  The preservation of the dictatorship is just about secured and the return of the dictator is a real threat.

A promising Ghetto

For all the devastation it has caused covid 19 one thing is sure: life will have a different flavor when tamed by science.  Initially  the cyber express way will be larger, more efficient an more penetrating than ever. In short the worldwide ghetto imposed by covid 19 and that will last up and until science comes forward with a vaccination will most likely produce the most competitive work force ever to  move on planet earth. Very much like in the Middle Ages when the world created knowledge that later impacted trade and culture to usher the renaissance, the covid19 ghetto will be the midwife of greater and more equal progress.

Welcoming the Revolving Door Syndrome

Headlines tell us that many heads of state in our hemisphere have faced  significant cabinet resignations to the point that analysts have dubbed those nations as revolving door syndrome countries — from the US, to Brazil, to Argentina, to Peru — as good news for the maturity of democracy. This was precisely the observation made by Alexis de Tocqueville on the strength of democracy in the  United States “  The health of a democratic society may be measured by the quality of functions performed by private citizens.”
