The discredited Chile Vamos (UDI, RN and EV) have become comparsas of this Castrochavista misrule anchored in a failed past, they insist on blatantly and illegally ignoring – with their “AGREEMENT OF A NEW CC AND CHANGE OF CONSTITUTION” – THE WILL IN THE POLLS OF 62%, 7.8 MILLION DEMOCRATS WHO REJECTED THE CASTROCHAVISTA MAMARRACHO, INSTEAD OF RECOVERING THE RULE OF LAW AND THEREFORE, THE GOVERNANCE OF THE COUNTRY AND ECONOMIC GROWTH, TO SOLVE POSTPONED SOCIAL PROBLEMS SUCH AS EDUCATION, PENSIONS, HEALTH, CRIME , TERRORISM/DRUG TRAFFICKING, THE WASTE AND CORRUPTION OF FISCAL RESOURCES, PRIORITIES OF PEOPLE ON THE FOOT, that is, this government dominated by the PC and the misplaced Without Principles (SP) Chile Let’s go “PUT THE CART BEFORE THE OXES: “DO THINGS IN THE CONTRARY OF THE LOGICAL ORDER”.
The government controlled by the PC., insists on ignoring that good sense prevailed in Chile, the democratic citizenry on 9/4 REJECTED THE CONSTITUTION MAMARRACHO. He ratified that the FSP and Castrochavism (3) will not prosper in Chile, they will decide for change but in freedom, perfecting the current Constitution, ratified this 9/4, adapting it to the modernization of the collapsed and inaudible State, putting an end to the prevailing ungovernability, disrespect to the law, political instability, above all, rejection of terrorism in La Araucanía, of seditious vandalism.
The government and Congress, instead of wasting time on absurd proposals such as a new constitution, insisting on the stupidity of “putting the cart before the oxen”, focus on solving – in addition to those mentioned in the previous paragraph – the following priorities:
1) end the waste and corruption of public resources; there are many unnecessary and abusive expenses that must be eliminated from the national budget, from Municipalities, State companies, such as exorbitant bonuses and gratuities, cut others, such as poorly evaluated social programs, in short, a thorough review of how funds are used fiscal resources so that this wasted money is recovered and used to finance the social agenda in benefits of the most needy classes.
There is much to change and not more of the same: It is unacceptable that the Minister of Finance intends to raise taxes by the piece, without first doing a serious analysis of how the National Budget is being wasted. During the administration of former Finance Minister Dr. Briones, the Budget Directorate made an attempt to do so, but it was rejected and sleeps in Congress because there was no political will to end the abuses.
2) make the reforms that democratic citizenship demands and yearns for:
2.1. It is urgent to improve the social capital of the country, to do so reform the terrible laws inherited, above all, the educational mess of the former Pdta government. Bachelet;
2.2. BY PERFECTING the ESM Model, they would be solving the abuses committed, recovering the virtuous circle of growth and the political system would recover its lost credibility and the business community would legitimize its profits and prestige. “Corruption breeds social, economic and political crises. It locks millions of people in hunger and misery. This relationship ratifies the perception that corruption in Chile has worsened, which has been accompanied by a decline in its position in the international ranking of corruption Chile. 2.3) Combat drug trafficking (in towns), prevent drug trafficking from infiltrating public institutions, political parties and casinos. Avoid drug use in schools, universities. Control the games of chance (now with horse racing advertising), in addition to the 25 casinos and online poker games. They have turned the country into a tremendous gambling den, increasing gambling addiction. There are not enough specialists in this disease.
2.4) Assess the need to restructure the number of Embassies that are not politically and economically viable. The same review the contributions to ideological and ineffective regional organizations. End political cuoteo for positions in those respective institutions.
2.5) Speed up the reform of the Municipalities, in their management, control and accountability. Drag debt Municipalities, hospitals and companies of the State of the country. Black hole! They are inaudible according to the Comptroller General of the Republic.
2.6) Demand improved management and accountability of State companies and put an end to repeated capital increases and evaluate their privatization such as Banco del Estado, Codelco, ENAP.
2.7) Repeal the disastrous Teaching Statute, a stumbling block that prevents improving the quality of education, especially basic education, not allowing bad teachers to be evaluated.
2.8) Reform/Perfect/Adapt the Administrative Statute, to current times and to be in tune with the Modernization of the State;
2.9) Ministry of Education. Train citizens and young people for work.
Both Atria and Jackson and President Boric “have declared to the media that the current Constitution of 2005, PREVENTS THE EXECUTION OF THE REVOLUTIONARY PROJECT…. Obviously, it has been prevented by the wise constitutional provision Art. 19, No. 26, enshrines the Principle of Limitation that protects the rights of people from abuses of power by the Executive and Legislative.
That is what it is about, beyond the revolutionary slogans of the National Radio and TV Channel -, the discourse in the UN and the media, they will surely continue to insist, above all, the PC/FSP, copying the late Chávez -, it is Antonio Gramsci’s struggle for cultural hegemony in order to impose the failed Castrochavista dictatorship. The regions of La Araucanía and Macrozona Sur gave strong support in the plebiscite of 4/9, they believe in a single Chile, indivisible and in which we all fit. For this reason, this triumph belongs to the democratic citizenry and not to the political parties, and this will not allow them to ignore our will expressed at the polls again. IT WAS AN IRREBATIBLE DOUBLE REJECTION AGAINST THE CC AND the culture war of the BORIC GOVERNMENT. (See Cultural War 3.1; 4).
