Si bien es verdad que la balanza comercial favorece a los chinos, tampoco hay la menor duda de que ese fenómeno ayuda a los Estados Unidos a financiar el déficit, recuperando los dólares “invertidos” en la operación de mantener a los americanos razonablemente abastecidos, a precios muy baratos y con impuestos notablemente bajos.
The harsh reality is that Maduro is a stubborn dictator like his mentors from Havana. In my view, he is not likely to abandon the reins of power. So far, popular uprisings, U.S. and international sanctions, coronavirus, and criminalization of the leadership have not brought about the downfall of the regime.
Therefore, it is also important to consider other options.
La dura realidad es que Maduro es un dictador testarudo como sus mentores de La Habana. En mi opinión, no es probable que abandone las retenciones del poder.
